I am resubmitting this post b/c it has been 2 days and I have not even had my post approved MUCH LESS my account unbanned. So, I am resubmitting it again.. it should not take two days to approve a post.
SInce I have last posted, I have spoken via E-mail to the group that was supposed to have delivered my gold. They say they are not affiliated with you however you advertise them on your website. I believe there to be a disconnect in communication. Please review my account.. Below is the post that was submitted TWO days ago.. I was told that I will receive a refund via E-mail last night. So it seems that part of the issue is being taken care of.. I still need my character account looked at b/c I do not feel that I should have been banned since it was admitted that I had not recieved the gold that was purchased from your site.

If this is in regards to Purchasing gold, I have purchased gold from you all twice and have only received one of the purchases. This has been over two weeks. Since I have not received what I have paid for, I had no other choice to purchase it through a 3rd party.

Can you please unban my account and deliver what I have paid for. Or just please reimburse the cost of 100 gold to my account. I can provide you any any information that you need but I will not do so in the forum.

I do not feel that I have done anything wrong. I merely reacted to the failure to comply with the delivery of gold that was purchased. I was in a chat channel when I made the purchase of gold and the GM advised me that I had another purchase but it was never delivered. Please explain this.

Your account was banned for gold trafficking. If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions you may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.

Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.

I went to this website, that I am now finding out is NOT Nostalrius's website. (http://nostalrius.net/) I thought that your organization was selling gold to it's players. When I went to the site it also looked just like your site.
I did purchase gold but I was under the impression that you allowed it but only from your business. I did break the rules but I did it unintentionally. I am at your mercy and will never make any purchases anything related to this game. This is my first offense. I am not a gold farmer. I thought it was acceptable buying from your site when in fact, it was not your site. Please, I hope that you can understand.
