Realm: PVP
Char_name: Superballs

The mentioned char_name is on a different account name, but https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=34857 says not to post account name.

Because I can no longer log into the account I am not positive that the char_name is correct. I have the account name if that can help.

I tried reseting my password but I am not sure the email address. Is there anything I can do?

You will need to remember the E-mail address. We do not currently have a solution for an inaccessible E-mail address.

If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account, or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.

Note that this will only be available for E-mails that have a clearly invalid form (it is NOT a general E-mail change capability.) If your E-mail is in fact in a valid format, then there is likely nothing we can do to help.
