I've recently tried to log in after a 2 week break and it came up with a message 'Account closed' I made a new account and spoke to a GM ingame and I've been told that apparently my account was banned due to 'Gold Trafficking', Yet I haven't purchased gold from any website. When I was speaking to the GM I said about an ingame incident which occured in STV were another player gave me 100g for my level 40 mount and he said this may be why so I was just wondering If that is a banable offence? Thankyou

Your account was banned for gold trafficking. it didn't have anything to do with another player giving you gold for a mount. This offence has already been confirmed by carefully examining your transactions and there is no opportunity for appeal. The account will stay permanently banned.
