Account Permanent Banned No Explanation

My mains name is Jaytah im a level 40 Warrior on Alliance PVP server.
I've been offline for 3 days due to work, came back to find my account has been permanently closed. I have investigated for a reason and apparently its supposed to be shown at my account page on the main website. There is no reasoning for my ban and I feel as if i've done nothing that would warrant a ban on my account. Only infrequently have i cussed someone out on the server and if i have it would have been in /w.

Please get back to me as soon as possible.
