Hi,
I think my account was deactivated since I haven't played in a few months. Two characters that I remember were Benwaballs (a dwarf rogue on the PVP server in the mid 40's range), Alonzorogers (a human paladin on the PVP server in the 20's), and possibly Ramilda (a gnome warlock on the PVP server, pretty low level though).
Please let me know if my account can be reactivated.

Your account has never been banned or deactivated.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
