My account are banned for no reason?

Hello,

I think there's a mistake, I can't connect anymore on my 2 accounts :

Everytime I got a "Disconnected from server" and it seems the password reset doesn't accept my email anymore.
Is there a possible reason or a way to help please?

Remove your account names for security. They only need your character names (one on each account) and server you play on.

Your account has never been banned.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

If it's not accepting your mail, then it means you are using the wrong E-mail address. There won't be much we can do if you cannot determine what E-mail address you used with the accounts.
