Instant disconnect

Hello there!

I haven't played the game in few months and decided to boot it up again. However when I try to log in I get instantly disconnected. I made a new account to post this as I'm unable to log into the site either, getting the message "bad credentials".

I played on the PVE server and my characters name was Jemma.

Everything is sorted now! I remembered my e-mail address, changed my password and all is well.
