Banned no reason..?

Started my account today got to lvl 5 and was walking through ironforge and i had just gotten my mining and blacksmithing professions. as i was headed to the tram i randomly got disconnected and then said my account was lock and could not be used. ive tried resetting the PW and tried re-DLing the client and none of those worked. so i was just wondering what was the deal with the lock.

Your account was banned by our chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters below level 15, and avoid the use of addons that put messages into chat.
