Auto Disconnect from Server

I haven't played in a while and decided to come back but I get auto DC'd, I tried to change the IP lock thing but my email address is not recognized?
Was my account hacked and banned or something?

You'll need to get the right password to change the country IP lock. But at least your account has never been banned. We do not currently have a solution for an inaccessible E-mail address.
If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account, or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.
Note that this will only be available for E-mails that have a clearly invalid form (it is NOT a general E-mail change capability.) If your E-mail is in fact in a valid format, then there is likely nothing we can do to help.
