Bad Credentials but can log in on forums? Am I banned?

I should have a Tauren Warrior called Vaulken on the servers.

I get instant disconnect from the server, they say it's because of IP locking so you have to change your password, but all it says is bad credentials. So I can't use that either, does this mean I'm locked out of my account? Or am I banned? What's going on?

Don't log in to the website. In fact, you have to NOT be logged in for it to work. The direct link to the account password change is https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
