Account unable to connect

My character name in-game is Cletus Horde PVP. I am unable to login to my account and it disconnects me as soon as I enter my account name and password. Not sure whats causing this issue to occur. I can't reset the PW either cause there isn't an email associated with the account. Thanks

Your account has never been banned.

If you are still having problems logging in, then there are two common reasons that might be the cause:

The first is that maybe you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

The second is that you may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.

If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account, or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.
