Account banning issues

Hi Guys,

My account got banned, I now know why as I as trying to chat with a lower than 15 level character in trade. I know you guys have to try and deal with gold sellers etc.

Just wondering if I can be unbanned please?

Level: 2
Server: pvp

The account associated with character Bintypops on the PVP server was banned by our chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters below level 15, and avoid the use of addons that put messages into chat.

This ban is under review, and we will get back to you with a resolution in this thread.
