Haven't played in ages - Account Banned

I haven't really played since around the servers release. A friend logged in early today and my last login was ~21 days ago (http://puu.sh/o62Rk.jpg) which seems CORRECT, as I recall logging in briefly not long ago but quickly giving up because my character was afflicted with 14 days of res sickness. From memory, the last time I played before this, I logged out with regular duration res sickness. (Figured it might have bugged out for me due to server updates or something)
After discovering that the prolonged ressickness wasn't just a client-side visual bug, I decided to open a ticket and logged off. When I logged in (I think the next day?, idk) I noticed the ticket was gone but my res sickness was still there. I'm not sure if its common for tickets to disappear while offline, so I made a new ticket and afk'd in-game for a few hours awaiting a response. After a while, I just decided to log off for 14 days (longer than that apparently) since I hadn't received a response. Tried logging in today, account has been permanently banned.
Character was last played in Searing Gorge near Thorim point I'm fairly sure.
Not sure if any of that information is even related or helpful, I'm guessing I'm more likely banned due to the "gold seller hack wave" mentioned in other posts rather than a panic ban on 14 day res sickness.
