Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My account is unable to connect. My other account can connect i reset the region lock with email. But on this account I don't remember the email but I still have the password for the account but I cannot remove the region lock on the account. Basically everybody who cannot log in to the account email is "banned" Im lucky my other account has worked to reset.
character name is "Deadwindpass" pvp server. I know account name and password but I cannot remove "region lock" which I never even wanted but it now on by default...
