Please review. Acc got banned

My account got banned at April 5th when I was using remote desktop controlling my desktop in home. And I was AFK for a while since my boss asked me to meet him. When I came back and tried to log in through my remote desktop, just found my account got banned permanently. I was playing through remote desk because the desktop I'm using at work is not strong enough to run WoW. And I could not do anything but skinning due to the low refreshing rate of my remote desktop. I guess it may made it looks like a bot. But I was controlling it indeed. Please review my case. I hope I can get back to the game before it is dead.
