Banned?

My account name is Drago, or Drago1993, Drago93 i cant remember well, i always use the same password, but it says always disconnected, i cant log in. So am i banned or something?

On this account i had 56 or 57 lvl dark elf hunter named Kinez, and 30 lvl something human mage named Palpatin. If this helps you at all...
