I was wrongfully banned for gold trafficking on 20/03 - 2016 and unbanned by Tyreal the 7/4 - 2016. Will this mean that my account will be transfered to Elysium banned?

Is there anything that I can do about this to prevent this from happening? It will seriously break my heart to have followed Nostalrius for all this time to just lose my account over a banwave when Nostalrius is finally getting back.
