Token/Acc issue

I have a little issue with my token generate.When i write the information (acc/email) and click to generate token the procces freeze on:
Generating your token...
For security reasons, you can only request one token per minute. If you already submitted this form in the last 60 seconds, you have been placed in a queue. Please wait until your request can be processed.
Whats the problem can be?!
Im waiting about 20 mins and nothing happen.Tried with IE and Mozilla and nothing.
