Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey Folks,
got a little problem with generating my account transfer token.
I'm allways getting the same error : "The information you provided didn't match any account in our database. You must provide a valid username / password, or a valid username / email."
But its definitely the correct Accountname/PW i'm using.....
Does this maybe happen because of the "ä" in my Accountname?

Same thing was happening for me. I could get my token when I used my email in lieu of my password, but it's still concerning.

Unfortunately i don't remember my login for the email i used back then....
