Forgotten password and no access to registered email

I have no access to my old registered email, nor to my Nostalrius WoW account because I have forgotten my password and account name.
I have 2 main 60s:
Ogkhar, Orc Shaman
Rerarien, Human Warrior
After Nostalrius was shutted down I deleted WoW, therefore cannot check my WTF folder. I do have tho in-game screenshots so I can prove that I am the owner of the account.
I know you have now a lot of work and there are hundreds of thousands accounts but PLEASE reply back to this thread or PM, because for some reason I cannot PM GM's.
