Token didnt arrive

I just tried to retrieve my old characters through the token thingy and it was all good exept I never recieved any email from Nost containing the Token which I need to finish the task.
I checked all the folders of the Email multiple times and waited for about 10 minutes, you see Im gettin a bit nervous about that. Please help
