nost token

-im trying to get my token but it doesnt go through to my e-mail...it says its sent but it never shows up in my spam/junk mail folder ect.
i know my email, account name, and password, but oddly it says something is wrong when i enter account name and password only.
does the token not generate with name/password because i tried to send the token to email first, but did not receive it?
please help
