<Into the Fray> [NA] PvE is looking for mature, knowledgeable players to fill its 40 core positions. Any additional players interested are free to join to round out the guild's body. We plan on beginning our raid sessions in the early months of 2016!
Vision
The guild was formed to provide a tight-knit community of raiders and members who wish to experience the game in its entirety. ItF is based on the East Coast, and we are looking to add all members willing to raid, instance, PvP and socialize--making the game more enjoyable as a community. This is a casual raiding guild that does not expect its members to perform for "server firsts." We aim to remove the pressures of top tier performance, while instilling an atmosphere in which members are free to learn and improve without being pressured or harassed. And as mature players we take initiative to stay up-to-date on gear and knowledge of both our classes and the raid content to make sure progression is constant. We may not be competing for server firsts, but we will still remain a progressive guild and go at our own pace. We will not let a boss stand in our way of progression, we will figure it out and work together as a team to continue on our path to the purples!

With an organized guild website itf.shivtr.com and expectations for each guild rank set upfront, members can count on a reliable community for completing their in-game goals. Raid encounter explanations, class guides and feedback are all things you can expect to see on our website, among others!
Guild Progress
ItF now launched as a new NA PvE guild--we are accepting all players looking to raid at 60, instance, gear up and socialize as we create the synergy needed for a guild nearing their first raid. Member/Raider ranks will be assigned to players who show their intentions and commitment to the guild as well as contribute and work as a team. We currently have 7 members at level 60, 3 players are level 59 about to hit 60, and 13 players level 50+, but we still need YOU! Please visit our website and submit an application on our recruitment forums by following the template, we'd like some insight on your abilities as a player, your attitude towards raiding, and your commitment and pride in becoming a member of Into the Fray. Once accepted, you'll have full access to our site, our Discord channel, and to our wonderful community!

Planned Raid Schedule
ItF is based in NA East. Raid times will be built around the average person who works or goes to school 9am - 5pm. Raid times will be from 7pm - 10pm EST Thursday and Saturday, with possible follow-up progression and/or trash farming depending on everyone's availability.
Loot
ItF will be using Loot Council. Loot will be distributed based upon reliability of the player and seniority. This decision was made in order to keep our core strong and spread the loot among the raiders we can count on to be there 2 nights a week and that perform to our standards. These decisions will be intended to help the raid progress. We don't want raiders that will rage if they don't get an item one week, because they more than likely will the next, so long as they're showing up like the rest of us and performing it's a group effort and the loot council will be making selfless decisions to better the raid! We may be a casual guild, but lack of progression due to under performers will not be tolerated, no one(even casuals) wants to carry someone that has no idea what they're doing and is not willing/is incapable of adapting and improving. We will always work as a team and learn together, as well as be willing to work with you, but we expect a certain level of improvement to keep our raid strong!
VOIP/Chat
ItF will be using a private Discord channel for communication inside and our of a raid, the link to the channel will be in the guild information.
