Oceanic raiding guild?

If there isnt one, or there was and it isnt planning to return. I would like to form one. Considering I will be moving back to Japan in a few months. I need a guild that raids at 10pm their time, this would line up with any english speakers +- a couple hours in that area, such as NZ, aus, china, korea and so forth.
