Casual PvE guild?

Did any of you guys manage to find a casual non-crackhead lets fly through everything guild ?. I'm looking at Classic and PM atm. But more than happy to start a down tone guild on Horde side.

Looking for NA Horde guild, East coast preferably for obvious reasons. Leveling-Semi Hardcore, so plans on raiding and PvP but not to an extreme no-lifing degree. Friendly, respectful and just plain fun to chat with or group with.

I was also looking for this and ended up joining Liquid. They are all very nice, and a good range of levels. I don't think anyone is above mid-20s. US East based guild as well.
