what lvl some1 actualy has to be to make an app?

You can apply at any level, but in the current stage with the current competition we will likely postpone your app. However if your application is that appealing we might give you a prospect status. Which entails getting a trial spot and you will be tested as soon as you are ready for business.

I want to also emphasize that you can still apply with a private application. How? You can fill in our application template and send it to this forum account as a private message. I will make sure the leadership can evaluate it and if you are not accepted no one will ever know about your interest in Dreamstate. That way you do not have to risk your current spot or chances with any other guild.
