Any idea at this time to what loot system you guys will be using?

It will most certainly be the good old dkp system.
The more raids you're at, the more items you may obtain.
Items will cost a certain number, boss will generate a certain number, no bidding contest of any kind.

Even though it might seem unfair to those who don't want to raid much, it's better than some "hell you're my friend I give you this shitton of loots!"
We used it for almost 2 years and it rarely caused any problem.
