Perhaps i missed it but i read the forums and checked the website, and didn't find any information regarding how loot will be handled, what will Raid Is Dead loot system be??

During the Beta, our lootsystem used to be lead by a lootcouncil but we are now discussing whether we keep it or adopt a DKP system. None of them is perfect and the solution that suits the most to players will be chosen.
