I've debated sending in an app, though I'm somewhat leery of doing so for a few reasons:

1) There is no non-vanilla experience section on the form, which might mean you guys don't care about anything that isn't vanilla. I have a fairly impressive resume, but I didn't raid seriously until Tiers 4-10, and I never did anything in vanilla that was harder than BRD.

Old post, but I'll respond by saying that I've never really played WoW before Nostalrius. I joined Convulsion and everyone has been really helpful and I've been a part of every raid so far. I wouldn't necessarily say that experience is required as long as you're willing to learn.
