You can already apply to introduce yourself to the guild if you want, even if it wont be mandatory until the lvl60.

We're still looking pretty much everything except shadow priets and fury warriors.
Prot warriors, mages & rogues are almost full.
We mainly need hpriests & warlocks. Other healers as well (but not as much as hpriests !) And maybe a hunter or two.
We do not use moonkins or elem sham.
