Nada PvE EU Guild Recruiting

Nada was originally formed on Chromaggus (EU) during the vanilla WoW time. Nada was a PvE guild with the occasional PvP premade. It raided through vanilla and TBC with a core of the same members that enjoyed playing together and had a fun time while doing so.
In Vanilla it cleared the following:
Molten Core - Full
Onyxia - Full
Blackwing Lair - Full
Zul’Gurub - Full
Ahn’Qiraj 20man - Full
Ahn’Qiraj 40man - (Up to twins)
In The Burning Crusade it cleared the following:
Karazhan - Full
Magtheridon - Full
Gruul’s Lair - Full
Serpentshrine Cavern - Full
Tempest Keep - Full
Mount Hyjal - Full
Black Temple - Full
Sunwell - (Kalecgos and Brutallus)
After this the core members had different reasons to why they decided they were done with playing WoW for the time being.
A few of those core members this summer found out about the Nostalrius server and wanted to give playing WoW another try, especially since it was vanilla WoW. Those core members decided it would be fun to start up the guild again and start raiding once again.
Our outlook on guilds and raiding
Some of the old members have on a regular basis met each other during summers and that kind of relationships are what we are hoping to find in our members. We want to know the people we play with and don’t care much about what gear you have or how experienced you are before joining. What we care about is how you are as a person, we want people that are open and like being part of a guild and help it’s members out. We want people with the mindset that sending items or helping another member out is more important than selling the item on auction house or find a group to do a instance you need instead of helping a member who needs to do something that’s important for the guild getting forward.
We are a friendly bunch of guys that want an atmosphere where all members respect each other and can have a fun time together. This is in regard to both the day to day interaction in guild chat or on Ventrilo as well as during raids or doing instances together. Even doing PvP together should be based on having fun together. This doesn’t mean that we are blind to going forward with the guild, so we still will correct people if they make mistakes in instances but we will do it by informing the player instead of yelling at someone. We still like the competitive side of the game both in PvE and PvP, but for us having fun is done while achieving things together and that’s why we want others with the same outlook on the game.

We don’t require someone joining to have/be the following
Raid times and loot distribution
We are still not 100% set on Raid days, however Sunday have been a given last two weeks and we currently run a poll on our forum to get more information on this topic. We are leaning towards Tuesday and one more day which is still to be decided. Raid times have been 19.30 to 23.30 Server time and will most likely continue to be so. Loot distribution is done by a roll system, that gives a higher chance to a more frequent raider but don't leave one that don't raid every single time out of having a chance. Loot council is being used to gear tanks.
What we are looking for and our current situation
We now have a healthy amount of raids behind us and recently managed to down Ragnaros on our first real attempt on him with going for Fire Res buff from BRS. However we are still not 100% filling our raids at all times and have not get going with dual Onyxia yet. So to fill our raids at all times and to get going with dual runs in both Onyxia and Zul'Gurub we are now looking for a healthy amount of new players to the guild.
We will consider any application made. You don't have to have max level or all attunements done, we can help you on the way if your open and social and ask for help in the guild chat and specify what your after. There are some classes we need more than others, but we are open to all classes at this moment.
High Demand:
Druids (Resto)
Priests (Shadow and Holy/Disc)
Mid Demand:
Mages
Rogues
Warriors (Prot and Fury)
Low Demand:
Shaman
Warlock
We still do 5 mans on a regular basis and will continue to do so. Meaning that anyone that is not yet fully bis or even level 60 are still being considered. So don't hesitate to put up a application even if your not fully geared yet. Also don't be discourage by not seeing your class in the high or mid demand list, we will still consider you if you are what we are looking for.

- Being upfront with your activity and ability to raid, being absent without a notice is disrespectful towards the other members.

- A friendly atmosphere where all members are treated with respect and situations between members are discussed and taken care of internally. We are all grown ups and will handle problems as such.
- A guild that takes your specific situation into account, if you have a family or a work situation that doesn’t allow you to have full attendance we will be open to take you in anyway and work around your schedule to find a solution for you.
- A fair loot distribution and a chance for everyone who contributed to evolve their gear, to help the guild forward.
- Fun and lot’s of memories to take with you in your life

- An experienced player that has done everything in WoW before, we can help and guide people to become better players and learn game mechanics.
- Level 60, we are open to people of lower levels that are dedicated to level up fairly fast and gather gear for raiding.
- Have a great record of raiding experience, while it’s great if you do, we are prepared to help people improve and learn encounters. An understanding of the game mechanics is more critical than raiding experience.
- 100% attendance to raids, we are open to work with peoples schedule if they are open about when they can raid.
- Have perfect pre raid BiS (best in slot) gear, we are doing pre raid instances and want people to do them with.
