that spec blows, why would you get iron will and improved revenge for raiding and not get more parry and toughness and improved shield block? lmao nice try

1/3 in shield block is actually fine because points beyond 1 only add duration, not more charges and at 1 point the duration is already longer than the CD. Spec is not optimized well overall though. Among the numerous other things, you can look at 4/5 toughness and then see the point in 30% less OOC rage decay and you have to wonder.

The other one is my old spec which I used for 5 mans and Main Tanking in ZG.

To answer your question Codeine, you get Iron Will for tanking Nefarian and Razergore and any other enemy that stuns or fears. Improved Revenge is just good for Blood Drinkers in ZG and any situation where the enemy can be stunned.
Putting one point in Improved Shield Block gives you 2 blocks like the post above me says...
