[PvP] Battleground Primetimes

Talking with a friend about the ridiculously long BG queue times.

Thought of having designated times for EU and US for whoever wants to PvP to queue for WSG or something, instead of sitting around in a BG queue for 6+ hours.

It probably won't matter as much as the server gets more 60s and people have less pressing things to do, but it may help in the short term for those people who want BG rewards/titles and can't get them.
