how would world dragons work on the PVE realm anyway? do you guys like take turns attempting the boss? I wonder how awful the griefing would be with hunters kiting the boss away with no power to stop them.

In all honesty, it will turn into a massive PVP fest with hunters distracting shotting Azuregos after he drops aggro on a tank to try and reset the boss. Others will be kiting Mountain Giants into the raid who has the tag in an attempt to wipe them. It will be no different than how retail was with world bosses, just amplified because of more people on a single server. It may be a PVE server, but its very easy to become flagged if you're not 100% focused.

Currently you can use a campfire to flag the opposing faction for PvP so every one will be flagged pretty much with a thousand camp fires
