Southsea Shakedown - Unavailable

Southsea Shakedown quest is not available from Security Chief Bilgewhizzle in Steamwheedle Port @ level 45. There is no explanation point. I am also unable to get WANTED Quest from same sub-zone. Anyone else?

Shakedown quest is not in yet. Wanted quests are from the wanted poster at the entrance to the big cage in gadgetzan.
