for mageweave cloth i believe a good area are the pirates at tanaris and overall any humanoid packs around lvl 40, the one im tellin for tanaris is located close to the beach near the coast where some goblins are and there a few boats there i saw often mages aoe this place, and i was meaning Razofer Kraul above at my firsts posts, but BFD is good too but i prefer soloing the first boss in rfk at ur right hand that big boar is droping a mace for more or less 1g actually its around 70-80s but it drops often, ofc now i rolled a mage as well and farming felcloth in felwood i think is the place, and i also farm silk sometimes in 1k needles or in stv raptor packs and tigers i cook after that the meats as well the silk i turn it into bandages and i vendor them all if i want fast some gold coins to buy something asap or if i wanna just stock the clothes in bank i usually sell the cloths in AH after a while over the vendor price, i mean when u make em bandages they work more so im calculating that 1silk=1bandage=4s for example so in total lets say for 1 stack is worth to vendor 80s so in AH ur gonna sell it a bit more after calculating the 5% fee from AH, so lets say ur gonna try sell 1 stack of silk in AH for 80s the outcome in ur mail will be 76s so u wanna add that stack in AH atleast 90s so u can outcome the fee and make ur trouble worthwhile.
