I wonder how many fell for it... Next time Photoshop the orange that would be around the item due to rarity, also might help to highlight it.

i didnt use photoshop or gimp or paint or whatever...irfanView only

Eh, irfanView can edit as well. I can tell that icon of the Ashbringer wasn't supposed to be there as you use bagnon and it outlines the item with it's rarity and that item has no outline (also hovering your mouse over to show item stats would have highlighted it as well). I didn't spend too much but a gimps at the photo so any other edits weren't glaring as that error/oversight was.

"Binds on pickup" and not "soulbound" when it's in your bag looks totally legit.
