How have you griefed or been griefed so far?

by Benzi » Mon Oct 26, 2015 5:34 pm

So naturally with WoW comes some of the griefing we all know and....sometimes love. An excessive amount is always going to be considered exceptionally dickish, but what little things have you done or had done to you?

one time after finishing a chain of quests I decided to suicide/spirit res to turn in faster, so i pull these three mobs and proceed to let them beat the hell out of me

OUT OF FUCKING NOWHERE this shitbag mage fucking sheeps one, and aggroes the other two off me and proceeds to kill all three of them, leaving me at 10% health and 9000 yard away from quest giver

and then, and then this little gnomish piece of shit says- and I fucking quote,":D" and tries to trade me food

I spent 3 minutes looking for a cliff to jump off after that, and on the way down I switched zones and my ghost spawned 10 fucking miles away

so sick of this shit Im rerolling in skyrim, at least people treat me with respect there.

I grieved someone last night.

I was farming the charms for a fellow warrior to get their WW axe. And this priest/mage were grouped killing the elementals for some reason(maybe there's a quest for them?)

Anyways, they refused to go away. So I tagged all the mobs and popped Retaliation. Then started tagging them individually from there. They kept begging me to stop. After an hour; I finally told the Mage/priest; if they buff me and give me food...I'll go away. Which they did :)

Mid way through taming Broken Tooth - after getting the timer off the two previous tamers - another hunter proceeds to shoot half dead then try to tame it. I accidentally killed it trying to reset it. Gave up after that lol

Someone looted the Emerald Dreamcatcher out of the cabinet in the NE area.

The other 5 people there had to wait over 10 minutes for the cabinet to come back, then get this......

Some f*cker looted it again.

Emerald Dreamcatcher could also be replaced by ammo box in Dwarf zone lol

All great so far.

So I was in Barrens waiting for a named Razerquill guy for the last part of some quest. There was of course a bunch of people there waiting for him. I was already in a group of a few people and this guy asked if I wanted to group for it.

I didnt reply because I was already grouped. I killed the mob once it spawned and he says, "FU". So I waited around for it to spawn again and tagged it once more(even though I in no way needed this guy anymore) because, "FU". HA!

Except Nazeem, he's pretty sure that you don't get to the Cloud District very often. On topic, haven't had any issues, haven't given any, so far.

The only briefing I've encountered from was players from my own faction. I was trying to do the prowler/forest bear quest, a mage decided it would be fun to sheep my mob over and over. I was eventually able to break the sheep each time with minimal health regenerated, and the mage grew bored and left. I made sure to take note of their name, hoping one day to repay the favor.

A few days later in was questing in westfall, when suddenly a player came running my way with 3 mobs training behind them. Willing to help, I ran towards them planning to taunt and do what I could... Until i realized it was the same mage from Elwynn! The mage stopped on top of me to allow me to go to work, but I just kept running past him. He stood there and watched as I ran and he died within moments. I circled back after his death, him having not yet released, and stood over his corpse and said: "Karma."
