How long those pre-nerf mounts will be available in the game ? Is better to start doing quests right away in Teldrassil or just lvl up wherever you want to 60 and then start grinding reputation?

They announced the removal of pre-nerf mounts on the pvp server in late august, but I imagine the PvE server will get content quicker as its already made.. so 4 months maybe?

Quests give way less rep I think if you are over leveled, so its better to start doing them when your the same level. No cloth quartermasters either..soo...

According to this https://en.nostalrius.org/timeline you'll have around 5 months before the mounts are changed.

The mounts that cost 100/80g will be available at lvl 40, the epic mounts will cost 1000/800g, so I doubt it will matter since you won't get that kind of money on a fresh server before hitting 60.

I think that he was asking if you can buy a pre-nerf mount that should cost 100g without being lvl 60 and having training skill(150) that cost 1000/800g. Another words if you can simply buy a pre-nerf mount for 100g at lvl 40.

If I'm not mistaken, epic mounts cost 100g and raiding skill 1000g.

This is correct. In retail the training was cheap and the mounts were pricey, so most people had 1 mount. They flipped it so you could diversify.

IIRC, you can buy the pre-nerf mount for 100/80g and save it for later
