That Oh guy has some issues though.
Different strokes I guess. Personally I find it more irritating when someone ends every sentence in chat with a period. It often gives an undue sense of tone and presence to what would otherwise be perceived as light comments
In communication reading body language and facial expressions is very important, and that gets lost in text- emoji allow people to somewhat add that sense of context to conversations
The rise of emoji is due to the rise in text communication. There were always letters and mail, but writing was mostly just a way to communicate information. Books, signs, not human interaction
On topic- Id like to believe this guy is a troll, much respect if so
