I was trying to do the prowler/forest bear quest, a mage decided it would be fun to sheep my mob over and over. I was eventually able to break the sheep each time with minimal health regenerated, and the mage grew bored and left. I made sure to take note of their name, hoping one day to repay the favor.

A few days later in was questing in westfall, when suddenly a player came running my way with 3 mobs training behind them. Willing to help, I ran towards them planning to taunt and do what I could... Until i realized it was the same mage from Elwynn! The mage stopped on top of me to allow me to go to work, but I just kept running past him. He stood there and watched as I ran and he died within moments. I circled back after his death, him having not yet released, and stood over his corpse and said: "Karma."

A+ would read again :D. That fucker got what he deserved.

Mages sheeping mobs you're killing and priests fearing your tagged mob into others are 2 ways to annoy other players, even on PvE (and it works with both factions).

We were clearing the elite zombies outside of deadmines for the foreman thistlenet quest. we cleared like 20 of them and it was just him left. as we were drinking a nightelf warrior charged in and grabbed it for a new group that just showed up even though we cleared it. Had to wait like 10 mins for respawn before we could kill him for the quest and finally start the dungeon. Major dick move. It furthers my belief that all male NE's are just selfish assholes.

Similar thing happened to our group yesterday, nearly at foreman, other group comes from behind us and starts killing mobs. I warn in partychat that they will try to steal the kill. Our pally tank takes one for the team, rushes in to tag Thistlenettle, in the process pulling way to many mobs to handle and dies, we kill 'm off and rez the pally. Be quick or be ... waiting for respawn. Don't expect anyone to be nice, patient or fair, just because you play that way.

I've had some competition over boss/quest item spawns before, when i'm there first I will tag it (14ms says chances are slim anyone will tag it before me), if I was not there first, I wait or return later.

Had the same in the undead part of Deadmines. We came in, there was already a group so we "let" them finish first - they even thanked us for it. Halfway through a group with members of one and the same guild (Doom) rush in, spread out to the various spawns and try to tag the miners before we do. I don't consider cutting in line griefing, but just wanted to add this to the stories of the two previous posters.

Hi all! wanted to chime in, but preface my story by saying overall great server community so far!

A week or so ago my buddy and I were questing through Ashenvale. We got the quest to kill the named furbolg Dal north of Astranaar. We head up there and notice a solo priest just got the tap on Dal. I invite him to the group, he waits a few seconds, declines, and proceeds to auto-wand the mob from 100% to dead over the course of like 30 seconds. I invited him several times(all declined), /beg, asked nicely in chat to group for the kill credit; all to no avail. For those interested, the priest was in Argent Dawn and name began with a Z IIRC.

TL;DR: People that don't accept group invites for limited spawn kill quests are scum.

Some people trick you into flagging through graphical bugs, like eyes of krillogg and hunter pets having red text instead of yellow text. If you don't think twice, you attack them and flag, and then they kill you. And camp you.

I tend to put all the plebs that do idiotic things on my Ignorelist, and its grown to around 10 so far. Most noticably is the people fucking with the traitor in moonbrook. The AI resets position and has a MASSIVE aggrorange, if anyone in moonbrooke pulls anything, he will help and then start from that spot, walking towards DM. Fact is, me and 4 others, spend 20+ mins, cus another party wating for a Tank, decided to "LOL" and "HAHAHA" around pulling mobs at the very back of the town continuesly.

After you get past the inital cancerpart of the game, where all the idiots are, theres been very little issues, and most are really nice and helpfull. Just get the fuck to 25+ and everythings golden.

Most of Yesterday: Griefed by Stitches in Duskwood. 5 Stitches!

All bugged and just standing on top of each other behind Abercrombie's shack.
Course the second someone tries to get close to Abercrombie they all aggro and oneshot everyone close by, Including the quest giver Abercrombie :D

Two times I've cleared 2-3 mobs for a quest item and someone have nicked it before me, both times karma struck them badly and I found them dead a little bit afterwards. Apart from that, little things, but the athmosphere is generally nice, not much to complain about.
