1. He tries to join a PvE guild and when rejected few times, he decides to play casually.
2. He tries to join a PvE guild, gets rejected a few times, decides he'll play resto because he wants to raid
3. He tries to join a PvE guild, gets rejected a few times, decides to make his own guild with his own recruitment rules (best option imo)
4. He tries to join a PvE guild, gets rejected a few times, decides to argue with people on forum to validate his non optimal build....
You would have a much greater appreciation for where I am coming from had you played on Peenix and experienced the level of animosity that I dealt with on an almost daily basis there.
At any rate, I would say yet again that I have no desire to be in a min/max elitist guild. I tried that before on Peenix and it isn't worth my time or effort to play with people who take a video game that seriously.
Here on Nostalrius, with the bugs affecting the Paladin class and Retribution as a spec, it's difficult currently to do decent DPS. With 8 debuff slots, Consecration simply won't tick at all in a 40man raid which means that a Ret Paladin is losing out on at least 100-150 DPS. Hopefully, the Devs can fix this in the short term as well as when once 16 debuff slots open up this situation will have changed.
In the meantime, I am making the best of the situation with my guild Entitled here on Nost. For the record, I heal on most fights/encounters but in AoE raid boss fights or gauntlet encounters, I AoE tank and I do it quite well. We are 8/8 in BWL two weeks in a row and mowing down content.
