To the people saying it's easy I think you're forgetting the main point of this challenge: to not die. Sure you can just be careful and pull 1 mob at a time, but you can do stupid deaths all the time in vanilla, and you have to do an entire 60 slow vanilla levels without a single one. That is the challenge.

Can we have Ironman server, without Spirit healers and bodies? Where death will be mean death? I think it will be a very good advert for Nost. Exclusive offer for whole WOW community. After death you can stay ghost, but you cannot to resurrect. On BGs you will fight before your first death, and will resurrect after battle ends or quit /afk.

LOLS That would be an awesome server....
You could also remove ALL green/blue/Purple/Orange loot from all loot tables as well - ensuring that nobody can sneakily gear themselves beyond whites.

No need in this. People must go to dungeons and die.

I gotta say I died about 20 times already and only at lvl 14. Guess I'm a bad player lol. New to the vanilla experience and haven't played WoW for very long but I gotta say it's freaking hard to even stay alive, unless those saying it's easy are running in groups..

Groups aren't allowed in the Ironman Challenge^^ Yes Vanilla is hard and challenging, and people completely new to this Version of WoW will have troubles. But that's also the fun part for many of us, it's not the "I sit AFK in my Garrison doing nothing besides my "dailies" and Raids in LFR", it's social, time consuming, but in the end really damn rewarding!

Afaik the most common Ironman Rules are:

- No outside Buffs (you have to click them away)
- All class related spells are allowed (E.g. Paladin Kings if you are a Pala, or Healthstone if you are a Warlock)
- Do not die
- No gear better than Whites
- No Flasks, Potions, Elixirs, Cooking Food Buffs etc.
- No professions (ONLY First Aid is allowed)
- Don't group or gather people to help you kill the mob after you tagged them
Inzayne - Level 56 Troll Hunter
How weak must one be to get offended by mere words?

Guys if you're a few to do that challenge, remember that you can make a guild as there's no guild ranks on Vanilla and then prepare for a lot of compassion, suspense (during a DC) and tears (after the DC) :o

Also a common practice is to name that guild and the characters that do the challenge with "iron" in the names. Like Ironblades for a rogue if you're mad enough or have been unlucky with the character generator (just for the race and class - professions are not allowed except First Aid)

Most players I knew had regular names in "Ironman" guilds or they were solo with regular names but "imc" at the beginning/end of their names
