It all has to do with your current diet.
If you have a healthy body and diet, the best thing to do for these kind of things is to drink a lot of water or skimmed milk and eat 40/40/20. That means 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats. It's wise to keep the amount of salt, saturated fats and 'simple carbs' (think of candy and soda) as low as possible. The best things to eat would be bread (with a lot of fiber) with cheese, chicken or peanutbutter. This will have a nice balance, although the amount of salt is usually a bit high in bread. That's why you need to drink a lot of water to filter it out. Chicken or a nice fatty fish would be very good for you too. Of course you can grab a snack (with moderation), but do not depend on it. 'Simple sugars' work quickly but wear out almost just as quick. This will make your body crave for more and more. Also, stretch. Too long in one position will make your body go on 'standby mode' and slowly you will get more tired and tired. It's also not healthy to sit behind a computer all day and your eyes will need some rest too (you could also look out of your window into the distance for a few minutes to relax your eyes).
If you have a unhealthy body and diet, the best thing to do is the same as above (obviously), but it will be less effective for you. This is because your body is so used to you shoving all kind of stuff in your mouth that makes your body lazy. This is mainly because of the simple sugars (among other reasons such as saturated fats and/or a high dosis of caffeine). Your body has to put in less effort to process/digest these sugars and simply cries for more as soon as the sugars have worked out. It's like a spoiled little child.
Try to counter this by going for a run today, before the server launches. Regardless if you're used to running, this will make your body crave for energy. After that have a good hearty and balanced meal (again, try the 40/40/20 principle). Take a shower afterwards and you will feel a lot better. Do not be tricked by your body when it starts to cry for sugars 1 or 2 hours later. You know that you just had a very good meal, so you just need to ignore it. Best is to drink some water or coffee when you get hungry.
Disclaimer:
This is not a guide on how to eat or become healthy, but just some tips for people that wish to stay awake for a longer time because of the server launch, but wish to do so without creating short or long term health problems.

TL;DR
- Drink water and skimmed milk, a coffee now and then doesn't hurt (actually makes you less hungry).
- Eat bread with peanutbutter, cheese, chicken or fish. A bag of chips is fine, but don't depend on it.
- Simple sugars such as soda and candy might give you a temporary boost, but will make you crave for more and wear you down eventually.
- Stretch every hour for 5 minutes or more. Just stand up for a bit, do some push-ups or just smoke a cigarette outside if that's your thing.
