I'd have to say that purely based on the numbers of the current PvP server, there's a fair amount of tanks and healers around!
I'd say it's a good thing, and I'm sure the numbers will all balance out eventually!

I find it to be quite encouraging. Every good team/guild at it's core has good tanks and healers.
