Blanket statements are never useful. They are nebulous and often send the wrong message. They seed doubt and mistrust and are usually intended to make a grand point about how right the person making the statement might be. They tend to be self-serving even when outwardly it doesn’t appear that way. In other words, we make blanket statements because we want to make a point that makes us look right and therefore look good in the position we are taking.

At the end of the day i just want us to compete straight-up. No bugs, no exploits. I don't approve of *anyone* exploiting bugs or unintentional behavior on the server. People who exploit should be banned. Simple.

Unfortunately, doing blizz like things plus ignorance doesn't mean you won't get banned for it. And if they leave it as it is, every griefer with a hunter is going to try to despawn it.

I can assure you the Deja Vu plan was not "kite azuregos to the phase line" but rather "kite azuregos into org so alliance can't follow". Don't assume everyone plays this game looking for possible exploits where ever they go just because you do.

This is probably the dumbest thing I've heard on Nostalrius which is impressive considering Poplockndrop plays here.

If you knew we were exploiting and you knew kiting Azuregos to this very specific spot caused him to despawn, then why did you fools run back to his spawn point to retag him? Why did you guys stick around in Azshara for over half an hour afterwards? We were kiting him for like 10 minutes, why didn't you contact anyone in Horde about this attempted exploit? In fact I never heard a single mention of the words "phase line" or "phase shift" or whatever the fuck from your TS recording of the event.

The simple explanation (and truth) is that an unexpected server bug occurred, the mob should have been respawned due to faulty coding but it wasn't for some reason.

You're employing the childish tactic of crying to mommy to punish someone for something that was completely out of their control (and honestly partly your fault by continuing the kite all the way to Orgrimmar by hitting Azuregos, if you were intelligent you would have allowed it to reset before it got to Orgrimmar anyways). I haven't seen this one since I was like 10 years old, at least.
