Again - doesn't surprise me Horde are going to claim they didn't know about major cities have phasing issues. Of course you'd claim that - it's your best defense. The fact is, we knew something screwy was going to happen as soon as it hit the phase line and lo and behold, something screwy happened.

If you're telling the truth about not intentionally bugging it, then cool. Now you know better, and next time you will play fair when we get the tag.

If not, and you did it intentionally, your hunter deserves to be banned.

It's really not up to forum warriors to decide. It's up to GMs. They made it clear to us in tells after the incident that the hunter would be 'severely punished' for what he did, but at this point that's their decision to make, not ours.

It really amuses me that you seem to think that we didnt contact a GM as well... If they had any intention of punishing for it they would have at the very least warned us when we contacted them. But all the GM said was "We will not respawn him, so dont kite him out of Azshara next time." He didn't say why we shouldn't, certainly didn't say it was actionable. Therefore the consensus seems to be "don't do it if you want to actually kill it and get loot, because we wont help you fix it otherwise."

"Severely punished" is what they told me and Krug when we petitioned. That could be totally untrue and just said to placify us, but that's what they said. Wish I had screenshotted the conversation. :\

As for the battle chickens, I don't think anyone in my guild was using them (we actually didn't even know what was flagging people) but they've also been told that we expect our members not to use exploity shit ever.

I do know something was flagging some of us as well, I got randomly flagged last week as did Valentine (MT so not using AEs). Maybe it was the same thing... dunno.

Your tanks are getting flagged through battleshouting a flagged party member or accidental misclicks.
