US Alliance guild starting on pve server?

Are there any alliance guilds which are starting on the pve server and plan on "going hard"? By this, I mean leveling up quickly to start doing raids as soon as possible. If not, I'll be starting one.

PvE community does not specifically mean PvE *server* community and it's been up since before the announcement. It means the people who are looking to raid, not PvP. Sorry for the misunderstanding
Ragstal, before you comment on posts, please try to make sure they at least make sense. I'm sure there's someone in your country that can teach you what english words mean and how to construct sentences using them. The only part that makes sense is "do a search" which doesn't work for this circumstance.
