Some seem to have fallen through the cracks. For instance, Clutch of Andros should have these stats instead of these. I'm also 90% certain that Hands of the Exalted Herald shouldn't give +30 healing in this patch.

I've also seen someone with a green BoE "of Restoration" item, which isn't supposed to exist until AQ opens.
