Are you talking about PvE or PvP? As for Alliance, tanks (Warriors) are always short-handed. I, personally, haven't seen many Warlocks, either. The server is new enough that no matter what class you play, you will get groups. Play the class in which you think you will have the most fun. It sucks leveling a class that is in high demand, just to quit at 40 because you aren't enjoying it.

It changes all the time, but a constant class that is always needed would be Warlock or druid. Outside those two, Alliance is short rogues (US time zone).
